Planning a trek in himalayas but confused with a packing list for trekking in Himalayas. Trekking in Himalayas is mostly high altitude and extreme weather conditions, during our trekking trips and mountaineering expedition we carry all the trekking gear like tents, sleeping bags, Cooking gear etc but our trekkers carry their backpacks on their own.
